Pines”, the older more traditional beach area on the north side of Rehoboth.

This comfortable beach house Sleeps 10 adults, has 5 bedrooms all equipped
with both central air and ceiling fans, TV, and some with DVD players. It
is equipped with wifi so be sure your laptop has a wireless card.

Master bedroom -Large room with Cathedral
ceiling, King sized bed – private bath with 2 separate sinks, shower and
tub– Cable TV. Two sets of French doors open out onto the screened porch.

Bedroom #2 - 2 twin beds (shares a full
bath with tub/BR3)

Bedroom #3 - 2 twin beds (shares a full
bath with tub/BR2)

Bedroom #4 - double bed – private bath

Bedroom #5 - (downstairs) double bed &
private bath, adjoins nursery with youth bed and crib.

Long screened porch down the side of the house with 2
ceiling fans and plenty of comfortable furniture.

Upstairs is one gigantic living room/kitchen/dining
area with a 25 foot high cathedral ceiling a fireplace, a 42” flat screen
TV, DVD and CD player and some CD’s (bring your own CD’s if you don’t like
what I like - Sinatra, Ella, Louis, Puccini, Mozart) The kitchen is wide open to the living room with an island for
breakfast, snacks or stragglers who missed dinner.

The big pine dining room table seats 8 comfortably or
10 if you’re very friendly. In addition to serving food, it is ideally
suited for heated political discussions, family gossip, criticizing people
not present or toasting each other with the beverage of your choice.

In the all stainless steel kitchen there is a modern
electric glass top stove, microwave, large refrigerator, and garbage
disposal.

There is a second living room downstairs. It is fully
carpeted, with a fireplace, cable TV, DVD, Tape, and a funky little
miniature pool table. There are two large bookcases full of paper backs,
some good, some bad, some awful (help yourself) and a whole closet full of
toddler toys (too many!) This is a great place to put the kids during
cocktail time or when they get fussy.

The laundry room (downstairs) has a washer, dryer and
laundry sink. Men are not permitted in this area (Oh Yeah?)

Using the outdoor shower helps keep the sand out of the
inside plumbing after you come up from the beach.

A crib is set up in the nursery and another is
disassembled in a downstairs closet.

Bicycles – 6 - all in reasonably good shape, plus a
very jazzy youth bike and a three wheeler.

Beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys galore.

Gas grill.
-
Rental – July and August $2,700 a week.
